Anna Pavlovna Shablya is a senior lecturer at the Department of Management and Financial Accounting and Reporting of St. Petersburg State University of Economics, chief accountant of a construction organization. Graduated from the St. Petersburg State Academy of Engineering and Economics with a degree in Accounting and Audit. Scientific research is devoted to the problems of accounting, management accounting and taxation in organizations of the construction industry, as well as the problems and technologies of training accountants at the university, the development and application of game modeling (situational tasks, cases, business and role-playing games, information and communication techniques) in the educational process. Full member of the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia. He has 40 publications, including 10 educational and methodological and 30 scientific ones used in pedagogical practice. The development of personality psychology and human competencies opens up new approaches in accounting. The author explores the historical and psychological aspects of accounting, describes the personality and competencies of an accountant that affect the success of an enterprise and the rational organization of accounting, and also gives examples of gaming technologies. The monograph is intended for specialists who study the problems of modern accounting, graduate students and students of economic faculties, professional accountants who are interested in new approaches in accounting.
