The monograph was prepared by leading Russian scientists in the field of sports law on the basis of scientific and legal analysis of the norms on physical culture and sports within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union. In view of the important social significance of sport as one of the spheres of public life and its corresponding influence on the development of those positions that are pre-established in the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union, it becomes possible through a comprehensive study of both the norms within the relevant associations and national legislation, identifying the breadth and depth of each of them.
