This collection has been prepared for the most complete review of modern Russian regional anti-corruption legislation in order to assess the quality of legal regulation of the state anti-corruption policy in the subjects of the Russian Federation. A distinctive feature of the collection is the completeness of the Russian regional anti-corruption legislation (as of July 1, 2017). The collection presents not only basic regional anti-corruption laws, but also various regional sectoral and intersectoral legislation aimed at its implementation. In the collection, Russian regional anti-corruption legislation is divided into two large groups: basic and auxiliary. The collection of modern Russian regional anti-corruption legislation is intended primarily for employees of bodies for the prevention of corruption and other offenses, public authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, heads of legislative (representative) authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation to develop measures to improve regional anti-corruption legislation. It can also be used for educational purposes in the implementation of anti-corruption education in the system of higher and additional professional education when improving the skills of employees of human resources departments for the prevention of corruption and other offenses of state authorities and local self-government bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
