Modern economic development involves the transformation of anti-crisis management into anti—crisis business regulation - a set of anti-crisis management systems at mega-, macro-, meso- and micro-levels, each of which has its own goals and functions, uses its own tools and methods of influence with stable economic development and in crisis conditions. The state and trends in the development of state regulation in the conditions of crisis in the insolvency (bankruptcy) of economic entities are analyzed; organizational and legal bases and directions for improving the mechanism of functioning of the institute of self-regulation. Special attention is paid to the principles and methods of anti-crisis management in the organization in order to preserve business, prevent crisis situations.
