Applied problems of implementing the ethics of artificial intelligence in Russia. Industry analysis
The book explores the ethical problems that arise in the process of introducing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into public administration in the fields of education, healthcare, housing and communal services, as well as in the judicial system. At the beginning of the book, a general analysis of applied problems, dilemmas, difficulties related to the ethics of the development and implementation of artificial intelligence in selected areas is given, the guiding principles and values of ethically oriented artificial intelligence and an analysis of ethical problems of implementation in selected sectors are outlined. Each chapter of the book is devoted to a separate industry and is divided into two parts: the first provides an overview of the ethical aspects of the application and implementation of AI, the second — a pool of recommendations for possible resolution, elimination or minimization of the formulated ethical problems.
