Autonomous robotics in the system of criminal law relations. Monograph
The monograph examines the criminal law and criminological aspects of the development, production and use of robots, determines the place of unmanned vehicles, lethal autonomous weapons and autonomous robots in the system of criminal law relations. Particular attention is paid to the construction of a model of the criminal-legal reaction of the state to the potential possibility of harm to legally protected public relations, values and interests in the process of functioning of autonomous robots. The legislation is given as of July 1 , 2021 .
