Avtonomiya voli i ee ogranichenie v servitutnom prave
In the monograph presented to the readers, the problems of the autonomy of the will and its limitations in servitude law are considered by progressive movement from general issues of limitation of ownership of real estate to private issues of encumbrance of ownership of real estate by easements. This approach allowed the author to form a unified conceptual basis of modern servitude law based on the needs of civil turnover and taking into account the need to form a logically consistent, cost-effective, rational, fair legal regulation. The monograph is intended for teaching staff, graduate students, undergraduates and students of law schools and faculties, researchers, judges, notaries, lawyers and other practicing lawyers, as well as a wide range of readers interested in the problems of servitude law.
