Book Description
The 236th issue of the KSIA, presented to the attention of readers, differs in character and selection of materials from most issues published in recent years. It contains short publications presenting the results of the latest research by the staff of the Institute of Archeology of the Russian Academy of Sciences in all the main areas of the Institute's subjects. A significant part of these materials was prepared as part of the implementation of current planned scientific topics. The issue, therefore, opens up a broad (albeit far from complete) picture of the Institute's scientific research, not in front, but in a working, draft form.
