The research in this book is devoted to a cross-border loan agreement widely used in international circulation. The conclusion of this agreement can take place at different levels: loans can be provided with the participation of both small regional companies and large multinational enterprises, banks and government agencies. One of the common features of most of these agreements are the standard formulations used by market participants, as well as the standard forms of loan agreements published separately by international and national market associations. Such formulations and standards form the main part of the study.
