Financial and legal regulation of the banking sector of the economy
Book Description
This monograph examines some trends in the development of the subject and method of financial law, the subject composition of legal relations in the field of banking, and also analyzes the foreign legal regulation of the banking sector of the economy and its improvement as a result of the crisis of the late 2000s. The study of foreign anti-crisis regulation is carried out by the author on the example of the USA, Great Britain, Germany and France, as well as on the example of interstate regulation. Based on the data obtained, the author provides some recommendations for Russian anti-crisis regulation. The publication was prepared according to the legislation as of December 2013.
