FZ "Ob osnovah ohrani zdorovya grajdan v RF"
This Federal Law regulates relations arising in the field of public health protection in the Russian Federation and defines: - legal, organizational and economic foundations of public health protection; - rights and obligations of a person and a citizen, individual groups of the population in the field of health protection, guarantees of the realization of these rights; - powers and responsibilities of state authorities of the Russian Federation, state authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local self-government bodies in the field of health protection; - rights and obligations of medical organizations, other organizations, individual entrepreneurs in the implementation of activities in the field of health protection; - rights and obligations of medical workers and pharmaceutical workers.
