Germanskie zakoni v oblasti prava intellektualnoy sobstvennosti
Intellectual property issues have always occupied one of the central places in the framework of German-Russian cooperation. This collection contains eight main German laws in the field of intellectual property law: the Copyright and Related Rights Law, Patent Law, the Law on the Protection of Trademarks and Other Designations, the Law on Utility Models, the Law on the Legal Protection of Design, the Law on Service Inventions, the Law against Unfair Competition and the Law on Patent Attorneys. This publication aims not only to familiarize Russian specialists with the current state of German legislation, but also to open access to this matter for a wide professional audience, in particular, for specialists in the field of economic law.
