The monograph is devoted to the basis of the organization of management of high—tech and knowledge-intensive production of transport services - process and resource (engineering) logistics. Particular attention is paid to the issues of synergy of logistics processes in the flow of resource flows-costs, their optimal use based on metrics, as well as reducing the risks of the functioning of enterprises through the formalization of processes. A retrospective analysis of the results of the digital transformation of transport and logistics systems of states with developed economies is presented.
