The scientific and educational and methodological foundations of one of the newest directions in the field of effective management of the operation of facilities created as a result of scientific and technological progress - integrated logistics support (ILP) of high-tech products are presented. ILP is an organizational, technical, software and technological complex of information and intellectual support for decision-making and implementation of the entire set of after-sales service processes for objects (products) at minimal cost and high quality of services and products operated. The issues of analysis and design of the elements of the PPO systems based on the use of information technologies in accordance with international standards and mathematical (probabilistic) process models for optimizing the design parameters of systems and choosing optimal controls during their operation are considered.
