Book Description
The collection opens with a series of articles dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War, including on the restructuring of the work of the Academy of Sciences in the initial period, on the book and book culture of the war years, on the role of the Soviet fleet and aviation industry during the war years. Articles are published on the relationship of historians with the government, based on the materials of the international round table "History, Historians and Power", where Russian and French researchers consider general issues of studying historical memory, historical and national identity.
