In this section, readers are presented with articles by Boris Sergeyevich Krylov, written by him during the Soviet period of development of our country. The section is preceded by the abstract of his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences "Fascization and militarization of the US state apparatus after World War II", which absolutely correctly reflected the essence of changes in the social system of the United States in its name. This is evidenced at least by the fact that the plan for the reorganization of the supreme bodies of the US military administration was drawn up by the former chief of the General Staff of the Land Forces of nazi Germany, Colonel General G.V. Guderian, on the instructions of the American government (one of the founders of motorized methods of warfare and the ancestors of tank building in Germany. - E. K.). In addition, the fascization of the state apparatus was expressed in the creation of unconstitutional bodies, "all practical activities of which are aimed at eliminating the remnants of rights and freedoms enshrined in the constitution, as well as in the unprecedented increase in the power of the president in the history of the United States." As Professor B.S. Krylov notes, this was a response to a sharp change in the balance of power between the two systems after the end of World War II in favor of socialism. Interestingly, already in the XXI century, the famous American political scientist J. Goldberg called the current political regime in the United States liberal fascism.
