The monograph has been prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education, according to which international civil procedure is considered as the most important component of the basic (mandatory) academic discipline "Private International Law" for students studying in the field of Law. The evolution of approaches to the international civil process is considered, the classification of existing concepts is given, the main terms are revealed, the industry-forming features of the international civil process (subject, methods), the object of legal regulation, intersectoral and intra-sectoral principles, institutional and regulatory composition are investigated, a source review is given, as well as a characteristic of the legal connection of the international civil process with related industries. The main trends and prospects for the development of the international civil process are touched upon. A significant place is given to the analysis and comparison of foreign experience in codifying the norms of international civil procedure.
