The textbook presents the public legal aspects of international labor law in a systematic form. In particular, the concept, principles, sources of international labor law; the legal status, structure and activities of the International Labor Organization (ILO); the mechanism for ensuring international labor standards; protection of human labor rights in international law; international legal regulation of labor of certain categories of workers; international legal regulation of labor migration are consecrated.; international legal regulation of freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining; legal regulation of the work of personnel of international organizations and ways to protect their labor rights. Special attention is paid to the Russian Federation as a subject of international labor law. The textbook is based on the analysis of international legal acts, acts of international organizations, decisions of international judicial institutions, legislation of the Russian Federation. It presents theoretical views on the main problems of international labor law. Information on international legal acts, participation of States in them and membership of States in international organizations is provided as of January 1, 2012. The annex contains the ILO Constitution, key ILO declarations, a list of adopted ILO conventions, a list of ILO conventions ratified by the Russian Federation.
