Middle Ages. Issue 79 (2)
Middle Ages. Issue 79 (2)
Book Description
The next issue opens with articles that explore the specifics of medieval law both in the space of the family and in the public space of the state. Based on the material of the early Middle Ages and the Mediterranean region, similar problems are analyzed: property, communities and representative assemblies. Particularly noteworthy are the articles reflecting the emerging "spatial turn" in modern historical approaches. A special section is devoted to the place of Russia in the European diplomacy of the early modern period. As usual, the issue contains reviews of the latest domestic and foreign publications, and also begins a series of publications dedicated to the upcoming anniversary of the "Middle Ages" publication. For historians and a wide range of humanities readers.
