Nauchno-obrazovatelnaya sessiya k 85-letiyu Universiteta im.Kutafina (MGYUA)
On April 6-9, 2016, the III Moscow Legal Forum was held at the O.E. Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSLA), within the framework of which a Scientific and educational session dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the University was held. The collection includes materials of reports and speeches of participants of scientific and practical conferences, panel discussions, round tables, master classes, discussion and expert platforms of the Session. Theoretical and methodological, organizational and managerial, educational and methodological and substantive issues of the current state of legal education in Russia are brought up for discussion by readers. The acuteness of the discussions and the search for constructive solutions by the participants were reflected in the resolutions of numerous events of the Session included in the collection. The collection will be of interest to scientific and pedagogical workers, research scientists, practitioners, and all those who are interested in the development of domestic legal education.
