A collection of marketing tools that should be "in the hands" of sales managers.
There are hundreds of books on marketing and sales, but we have not yet come across a book that lists all the marketing tools that should be "in the hands" of sales managers.
These tools are divided into 4 blocks:
tools that are needed before meeting with clients;
tools that are used in a meeting with clients;
tools that can/should be used after meeting with clients;
additional tools/tasks that marketing can still do and that will be very useful to the sales department.
