In 2018, as part of the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation program, a comprehensive study of various aspects of the regulation of cyber-physical systems was commissioned by the Skolkovo Foundation. This study was conducted by the team of authors of the international law firm Dentons. This book has been prepared on the basis of this research. It is an updated and expanded version of the main results of this study. The book was made by the same team of authors under the leadership of PhD, head of the Research Center for Problems of Regulation of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (ANO "Robopravo), adviser to Dentons A.B. Neznamov.
