In the presented monograph, the institute of exemption of medical organizations from civil liability for harm caused to the life (health) of patients in the provision of medical services is considered. The theoretical provisions considered by the author are illustrated by numerous examples from judicial practice in civil cases in the field of medical activity. Particular attention is paid to the shortcomings and gaps in the current legislation regulating the provision of medical services, specific proposals are proposed to eliminate them, examples of lawmaking in some foreign countries (France, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and others) are given.
