The collection was prepared based on the materials of the international scientific and practical conference held on November 22-23, 2012 in Moscow. The collection contains articles by the conference participants on the following main areas: general issues of the procedure for the administration of justice by civil courts; the influence of the European Court of Human Rights on civil proceedings in Russia and other CIS countries; new technologies and traditional forms of interaction between the court and participants in the process; evidence and evidence in civil proceedings; judicial practice and its role in the development of civil turnover and law enforcement in Russia; civil proceedings in certain categories of disputes. The collection also contains articles on judicial practice on family law disputes and alternative forms of settlement of disagreements between the parties.
