The scientific monograph aims to identify the main legal problems arising in the modern model of healthcare organization in connection with the development of innovative technologies, to identify prospects for improving Russian legislation. The independent objects of research are: the concept of innovations in medical law, the legal regime for the use of artificial intelligence and robots in medical activities, the peculiarities of regulation of reproductive rights, legal problems of the introduction of achievements in the field of genetics and microbiology, etc. The legislation is given as of September 1, 2020.
