Currently, the issues of improving the financial and economic mechanism that guarantees the rights of citizens in the field of education are extremely relevant. In this regard, the monograph, based on the achievements of Russian and foreign scientists, reveals issues related to the legal regulation of education financing, including the role of financing in the Russian education system. The concepts of "education financing relations", "education financing", and "education financing regulation system" are introduced. The issues of the constitutional foundations of the legal regulation of education financing and the issues of international legal regulation of education financing in Russia are consecrated in sufficient detail.The monograph presents the results of the analysis of a significant volume of regulatory legal acts of the federal, regional and municipal levels of legal regulation of education financing. The role of the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" as a source of financial law is separately investigated. The legislation is given as of August 2017 . A special section of the book is devoted to the local regulation of education financing issues in educational organizations.
