Pravovoe regulirovanie gosudarstvennih zakupok v Evropeyskom soyuze i v drugih organizaciyah
This monograph is one of the first comprehensive studies devoted to the legal regulation of public procurement in the European Union and other integration organizations. An analysis of the evolution of EU regulations will allow a better understanding of the historical context in which they were adopted. Often, when borrowing norms or institutions of foreign law, this context is not taken into account for some reason. In addition, knowing the history of legal regulation of public procurement in the EU, it is possible to avoid mistakes in the formation and development of its own legal framework within the EAEU, and the different scenarios of integration of the public procurement sector presented in the work on the example of several integration organizations will allow combining the best experience of each of them, taking into account their own needs and interests. The legislation is given as of May 14 , 2019 . The monograph can be useful for undergraduates and postgraduates studying integration and European law, antimonopoly (competition) law and other related disciplines, practicing lawyers in the field of public procurement, state and municipal authorities and bodies of the EAEU.
