Pravovoe regulirovanie valyutnogo rinka Rossii
The stable state of the foreign exchange market of any country is a key factor in the progressive development of its national economy and the expansion of international cooperation. The Russian foreign exchange market looks relatively young against the background of mature world currency systems that were formed and functioned in conservative conditions, unlike our country, which only after the collapse of the USSR embarked on the path of liberalization of currency regulation. This book examines the basic requirements of currency legislation, which establish a list of permitted and illegal currency transactions between residents and non-residents, the rules for the repatriation of foreign exchange earnings, the procedure for currency control by authorized banks and regulatory authorities. Based on the established judicial practice, the book covers such issues as the use of external securities, foreign currency deposits and accounts, cryptocurrencies, as well as the use of currency reservations, special drawing rights and conventional units.
