Quantum computers, micro- and nanoelectronics: physics, technology, diagnostics. The works of FTIAN. Volume 23
The collection of works is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Institute of Physics and Technology of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The introductory article introduces the reader to the history of the establishment of the Institute and the development of fundamental research in it. The main part of the articles provides research on the problems of quantum computers and quantum computer science. The concepts of solid-state quantum computers on nuclear spins, as well as charge qubits on double quantum dots are considered. Methods for assessing the quality of quantum information technologies based on quantum measurements are proposed. The collection contains an article with an overview of the architecture of supercomputers. The evolution of the TIR-nanotransistor as an element of integrated circuits to a quantum register is described in detail. In addition, works on the diagnosis of magnetic nanomaterials based on the study of the magnetic dynamics of nanoparticles in "static" and radio frequency experiments, as well as on plasma etching of silicon structures with a high aspect ratio are presented. For specialists in the field of micro- and nanoelectronics, graduate students and students of relevant specialties.
