The book is addressed to aspiring lawyers who, from the institute bench, fall into a reality about which their teachers did not warn them at all. In the business world, the strongest survives, and a lawyer is required to quickly do what they say. And all this in an atmosphere of everyday problems — family squabbles with divorces, property divisions, inheritance division, disputes about property rights and other problems, and sometimes tragedies. A lawyer is often not ready for this. At the institute, he was praised for his ability to theorize and insist on his own — in the real world, they scold him for this and call him a "business brake" or "useless theorist". In the book, the author tried to give an initial idea of what clients expect from a lawyer and from which end to undertake tasks.
