Sbornik zakonov ob administrativnih procedurah
This collection of legislative acts contains laws on administrative procedures of various countries. Among them is the law of Germany, as well as the laws of post-Soviet countries, which only after gaining independence adopted modern Laws on administrative procedures. These laws are united by the fact that they regulate the administrative procedure in general. The main idea is to have general rules that apply to all administrative procedures. The rules relate primarily to such issues as the initiation of an administrative procedure (at the request or on the initiative of an institution), the form of management action (through an administrative act or through a public law contract), the rules of the administrative body (for example, the inquisition principle and the implementation of the administrative body's actions at discretion), formal requirements (justification, the procedure for clarifying the possibility and timing of appeal) and prescriptions on the costs of the procedure. 2nd edition
