Circuit design of analog and analog-digital devices
The properties and application features of analog and analog-to-digital integrated circuits are highlighted: operational amplifiers, comparators, timers, filters, linear and pulse voltage stabilizers, switches, ADC and DAC chips of various sensors. The book reflects the latest achievements in the element base, while the main attention is paid to the circuit implementation of various functions of electronic devices. The schemes of linear and nonlinear signal conversion, measuring and computing circuits, active electrical filters, generators and multipliers of signals, specialized amplifiers (broadband, isolating, measuring, etc.), reference voltage sources, various types of digital-to-analog and analog-to-digital converters, circuits of temperature sensors, acceleration, pressure, humidity, magnetic field are considered. In this edition, the book is supplemented with sections that describe fully differential amplifiers, amplifiers with adjustable gain, capacitance-code converters and integrated micromechanical gyroscopes. The theoretical part concerning digital-analog and analog-to-digital conversion has been significantly expanded. Added material on precision limiters, multi-sensor measuring bridges, current measurement, LED drivers. The sections devoted to current sources on the op-amp, measuring amplifiers, logarithmic converters, broadband amplifiers, high-speed analog comparators, MOSFET drivers, integral Hall sensors have been expanded. The section dedicated to the stability of pulse converters has been supplemented with modeling of single-stroke converters in the VisSim package. Integrated circuit models have been updated in the tables and text.
