The collection of tasks on sports law is the first publication of its kind in the country. By itself, sports law is a fairly young industry in Russia, but it has already proved its right to exist. The sphere of physical culture and sports has undergone enough changes in matters of legal regulation, which has led to a change in the relevant regulatory framework. At the end of the last century, there was an acute shortage of qualified lawyers working in sports law, and many well-known universities in the country (National Research University "Higher School of Economics", Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation (ISiSP), Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSLA), etc.) became such specialists cook. However, the educational process in the field of sports law seems to be rather impoverished precisely because of the sufficient number of practical manuals. The legislation is given as of July 25 , 2022 . This collection of problems describes cases from practical sports jurisprudence.
