Teoreticheskie osnovi gornogo prava Rossii
The book examines the theoretical foundations of modern mining law: the conceptual apparatus is developed; the basic principles are formulated; the sources of mining law are systematized; the content and types of emerging legal relations, their objects and subject composition are investigated; the nature of the right to use the subsoil as one of the basic institutions of mining law is considered. On the basis of the conducted research, the concept and system of mining legislation are formulated, approaches for its systematization, improvement and development are developed, the structure of the Mining Code of the Russian Federation is proposed. The legislation is given as of March 2015. The conclusions and provisions of this publication may be useful for research and teaching staff, graduate students, practicing lawyers and other specialists in the field of subsoil use, as well as students and undergraduates of law schools and universities engaged in educational activities in the field of oil and gas and mining.
