This monograph explores ways to protect intellectual copyrights by civil law means. The author offers options for improving these methods, taking into account the achievements of domestic and foreign doctrine and law enforcement judicial practice. The monograph examines the shortcomings of the current legislation in matters of copyright protection: the absence and (or) incompleteness of definitions, conditions and terms of application of civil law methods of protection, as well as the uncertainty and inconsistency of a number of its provisions. The author analyzes the materials of judicial practice of the application of civil law methods of protection of violated or disputed copyrights in the aspect of eliminating the shortcomings of the current legislation. The monograph is intended for practicing lawyers.
