Products listed and delivered on TURBO.market but sold by another seller cannot be exchanged, but they can be returned.
You can exchange the product in the “Your Orders” section if the returned item was not purchased under a promotion (except for promotional offers with free delivery), the returned item is not subject to a restocking fee, the item was purchased using a credit or debit card, and the exchange item meets the other eligibility criteria listed below.
Exchange is available for clothing, sports goods, footwear, children’s products, jewelry, and watches that differ in size or color.
A new item of a different size or color, similar to the returned product. It is supplied and sold by turbomarket.uz.
You can exchange items that correspond to your orders. If the item is not eligible for exchange or you received it as a gift, you need to return the original item and place a new order.
